Our impact

ETF is proud of everything our sector has achieved through the TLPD programme since 2019. As the professional body for FE and skills, we've seen the commitment of thousands of teachers, leaders and practitioners first hand, working together to strengthen teaching practice and deliver better outcomes for learners.

Together, we have built new skills, deepened our professional practice, and made lifelong connections with each other which will last far beyond the TLPD programme.

"With the support of the ETF, what鈥檚 been really valuable is that it鈥檚 not just working with one person within the organisation, that the ETF offer support and guidance across the whole organisation from working with our senior leaders, middle managers, individual teaching teams and teachers. It鈥檚 allowed us to generate that holistic support that鈥檚 needed around the T Level and our wider delivery needs." - David Hodgson, Quality Assurance Lead, Trafford & Stockport College Group

"We've now got an offer that's probably one of the best in the country and we wouldn't have necessarily done that as quickly as we've done if it wasn't for us engaging with ETF's T Level Professional Development program.鈥 - Ken Merry, Principal and Chief Executive, York College

"Through the ETF鈥檚 TLP offer, we鈥檝e been able to provide targeted and high-quality CPD opportunities for our teaching staff. These have included route-specific training and pedagogical development sessions that have directly enhanced our confidence and capability in delivering T Levels effectively." - Oliver Bullock, Director of Teaching, Learning and Digital Innovation, Trafford & Stockport College Group
