The Professional Â鶹´«Ã½ for Leaders and the Professional Â鶹´«Ã½ for Teachers and Trainers both follow a similar structure in order to highlight the synergies and distinctions between the roles. Each set of Professional Â鶹´«Ã½ is built around three core principles, outlined below:

The Professional Â鶹´«Ã½ for Teachers and Trainers were introduced in 2014 and have been updated in May 2022, and the Professional Â鶹´«Ã½ for Leaders were launched in September 2022.
